Terms and Conditions for Scheduling
If you will be late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more, please send an SMS to confirm your attendance.
If you must change an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance (email, phone, sms).
For changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment, the treatment will be billed in full.
Matthew Epps holds:
- A Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree (MAcOM, 2002, USA) which is recognised by the Swiss Red Cross as equivalent to the recently created Swiss federal diploma in Naturopathy. He is thus registered with the National Registry of Health Care Professionals, NAREG.
- A Diploma in Acupuncture from the APS-MTC
- and is registered with both ASCA
- and the RME.
Complimentary insurance providers often base their terms of reimbursement on membership of one these associations.
For insurance claims, an invoice or receipt will be issued at the time of service.
!! Treatment session costs and herbal prescriptions will be reimbursed according to the guide-lines of your Complimentary Health Insurance.
!! All companies do not necessarily reimburse all therapeutic methods.

Cupping
"Just" Cupping
- Decompression Also called Ba Guan Zi (拔罐子), or "Myofascial Decompression Therapy"
- Fire The vaccuum is created by the brief introduction of a flame into the cup before placement
